The location was great, and the apartment was nice and clean (the balcony was a nice addition)
The online support was very responsive and helpful.
I got very sick of the stomach and had to go to the hospital, the HOLT team was very kind and allowed me to check out when needed due to the emergency, they were also thoughtful and on the lookout for any need. We have spent many years traveling around the world and we had never been treated this good in any hotel or place during our stay , also the accommodation is beautiful and top class. Also the location is incredible, definitely I would stay here again if I ever come back to Bucharest.
The room is huge! The balcony offered a great opportunity to enjoy cappuccino and a night time read.
Super spacious room with a lovely balcony. The bed is super comfortable and the room and bathroom are super clean. The location of the room is excellent. I definitely recommend staying in this room.
The location was perfect! Right on the edge of Old Town and so convenient to the restaurants and the day tours I booked. The room was exquisitely designed - hats off to the designer. Loved having a balcony and a fridge and an espresso machine! One of the best places I stayed in 7 weeks of traveling through Europe.
