The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and it was very well-equipped. The host was also very responsive and helped us with our checkout since our flight was in the afternoon and we needed to leave our luggage somewhere until that time. The location was really great, close to the old town, but to many other central locations as well. It was a great experience overall.

When our other property cancelled at the last minute, the Ideal Apartment owner was very quick to respond and was excellent to work with. We received immediate messages explaining everything and asking if there was anything else they may be able to help with. They were genuinely looking out for my wife and I.
