This is a lovely spot just by the Danube, and as an Airbnb snob I was actually impressed. I traveled with my mom and she really liked it. There's paid parking across the street (it's free after 4pm on weekends), on the ground floor they have a restaurant with very good fried fish, and upstairs the rooms. Clean, comfy beds, quiet, lovely view of the Danube from the balcony, good water pressure, and there was a mini fridge in the room, glasses, good AC, TV. They even offer speedboat trips on the Danube right from their pier, I think it's 60ron not sure, leaving at 10am - well, I guess various other hours too if the boat fills up (looked like it had around 6 seats I think). I would definitely book again! Thanks!

Hotel has a splendid view being located right on the Danube shore. The morning coffee on the balcony was spectacular. Also very clean and cosy with very friendly staff. Bicycle friendly as well. Totally recommend!

The Pension sits right on the edge of the Danube, you cannot get a better view. Restaurant is right beneath the rooms and menu has pictures if you don't speak Romanian. Orsova has cash machines, supermarkets etc. so a good place to base yourself.
