The attention to details makes it a 5 star location.
The rooms are simply beautiful. Receiving some free treats in the minibar and a personalised welcome card by the bed is just out of this world, at least for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times and the room was perfectly clean. Overall if I need to stay in Bucharest again I'd go here 100%.
The accommodations were beyond my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request I had. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean. It truly felt like a home away from home.
