Communication was very effective. Every time I asked something I received assistance immediately. Self-checkin was very easy and hassle free. I had everything I needed for my stay. Location, everything I needed was within walking distance, bonus was that the apartment is like 200m from my work place.

The location is amazing! right next to the metro station Universitate. Great value for money. Easy check in; the host provided very clear instructions. Would definitely come back!
The room is like in the pictures, comfy and huge bed, very easy to use and working air conditioner, I received two free pods of coffee, a lot of clean towels, they provide hand soap and shower gel too.
It was a pleasant stay overall.
I would recommend them to anyone.
