Very nice and well equipped apartment. Everything new and parking spot in front of the building :)
It would be best to tell people that they will be sent access details by email on the arrival day. We mistook wanting our arrival time to imply we would be met at the property

Very clean and comfortable, new modern furniture and facilities, quite, elevator (4th level), new building, free reserved parking, walking distance to university and around 30 minutes walk by centre.
Very quiet, good parking. Very good air conditioning and freezer.
