Reservation - on bookings.com. Got a great deal. Chechi-in : smooth as butter. The Executive on the front desk, Mr.Ramy Abdou, was extremely helpful. The fact that they wear a smile when speaking with customers makes such a deep impression. Thank you Ramy. Room : Got a standard double room. Was super clean. Room was pretty decent sized and well appointed. There was no hot water in the taps. Had to call room service a couple of times to have it fixed. Only one Bath towel and room slippers was provided. Had to request for an extra pair. Breakfast: we were offered a complimentary breakfast, despite the reservation said we need to pay for the breakfast. Came as a pleasant surprise. The spread was really good, with a live counter. Excellent food. Summary : overall an excellent stay. Highly recommended. Will surely come back.

Clean room friendly staff and good value for money

The property was beautiful and well-kept. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Everything was clean. After a problem with Booking.com, the staff solved it gave us a discount and gave us a beautiful room that we needed as well as breakfast.

Although it was Ramadan, the staff provided us breakfast in the room. It was not a buffet, but better than nothing. The hotel send us a message indicating how to get to the right address, as there's an error on Google Maps.
