I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day right. However, I did have a small issue during dinner at the Milwan Restaurant. The fettuccine I ordered was undercooked. The waiter, however, handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. He offered to replace the dish, but since it was already quite late, I politely declined. To my surprise, he brought me a traditional dessert called Umm Ali, on the house. It was absolutely delicious and truly made my night. Overall, the experience was memorable thanks to the staff's genuine hospitality. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent, new hotel, central location. The best in the super friendly service. Outstanding is especially the gentlemen from Kerala who manages the breakfast team in the morning. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Location near metro was a big plus. Staff was outstanding. I thought the price was a little high.
