Facilities and amenities were excellent The staff are super nice The hotel is now 4 stars because it was getting renovated but it is supposed to be 5 stars + Everything was amazing here The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the duty manager Mr. Fadi and Mr. Karam

Her professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude truly made a difference in my experience. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and always greeting me with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, this stay was made extra special thanks to the exceptional service provided by Modhi. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
