Compared with hundreds of hotels that I've visited in every continent, this was one of the best hotels I've ever accommodated in. a very big thanks to the Saudi reception staff (unfortunately I don't know their names) for the smooth and professional treatment during check in & out, another big thanks to Amir the bellman and to chief Haris for the exceptional service they provided
Clean, comfortable, location and connected to the Mall.
It’s a very clean space. I like the apartment I stayed in, very comfortable & homelike.
The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful.especially the Pakistani attendant close to reception was were nice and courteous.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and updated.
Thanks to the reception team and the concierge, for making our stay special, and for Chef Haris for preparing wonderful meals during breakfast time.
