Hotel location is perfect since our project was related to Madinah Airport. Shout out to Hanan, Hatem and to the staff which all of them are very accommodating and hospitable. Exceeded my expectations.
Closeness to airport was great and the view was nice. Hanan in the reception was GREAT, she was so helpful and gave us a wonderful room, recommendations for the city and support with transport everywhere. She was so nice. As a girl I felt like we could really be friends. Made my stay super comfortable and safe. Thank you Hanan.
Both the duty managers were supportive and also helped extension smoothly. Staff were also courteous,
