Very cooperative staffs, clean - spacious and full equipped room, wonderful breakfast, well organized shuttle service to Haram

Cleanliness, Bus facility for Haram was great. Room was spacious.

The room was spacious and the transportation system was fast and on time, the hotel was nicely organised and professional. We were given our room keys quickly without any waiting.

The breakfast was amazing and the total price was very reasonable! We had a suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sitting area (total 6 guests). The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great, as well (usually hotel shampoos/body washes are not high quality, but these left your hair smooth and had a very good scent). Each room had a high quality prayer mat and smelled very clean and nice! Staff was beyond welcoming allowing us an early check-in and whenever we called down for room service, someone was there to help within minutes!! Shuttle service is very convenient running about 30-40 mins before prayer time. The latest pick up time is 9:45 with isha prayer at 8:41. I feel like there should be at least one more regular shuttle after that time. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Medina especially with a family and kids!!
