Everything! the hotel is all about holistic and sustainability approach, so they use nature materials, if possible from the local environment. Same happens with the food. Everything made fresh with fresh veggies or food supplied locally and fresh fish coming directly from the Red Sea to your plate!
The location and the calming atmosphere, and our GEM Anand was exceptional always present with great recommendations.
