I said Bismillah and completed the reservation after reading a few of the reviews for this hotel. Thank God, everything went well. The hotel is lovely, and we were able to check in within 10-15 minutes of arriving. We had booked through Booking.com. Excellent services in a pleasant setting and checkout also they allowed 3 hrs extra for us.
The hotel is at 3-5 minutes walking distance from the Haram, when I arrived they didn’t have the rooms available due to someone requiring extension. However, they sent me to another nearby 3 star hotel which was like an upgrade to this hotel, they didn’t ask for any additional payment for this.
