The beach 10 steps from your door, you can't beat this for the location, convenience, and the price! So peaceful, beautiful views, and the perfect spot for sunset drinks on the patio. The restaurant has great choices and is reasonably priced. If you are a diver, the dive shop on-site is top notch, excellent friendly service and high standards.

The hotel is located on the beach which was very nice and also close to the airport. The breakfast was good especially the fried baked and saltfish.

Location is everything! I love being near the beach, not too far from Kingstown or nightlife entertainment.

Great location. Good restaurant, nice to be able to snorkel right off the property. Good dive shop and recreational opportunities.

We had a short stay as we needed somewhere to rest for a night because we were heading to take the Bequia Express the next morning. We were to arrive a little after 6 pm, but due to delays and other inconvenience from Caribbean Airlines, we finally arrived at 11:53pm. They were really accommodating. Wonderful service and the security guard was of great help. There was a pool, beach access, and even views of Young Island. I definitely would stay there again.
