Great facilities, very clean and convenient room with everything necessary, excellent room services. Very kind and attentive staff. Our room was part of the BRO hotel complex and connected to main BRO hotel, so we were able to use the SPA facilities, however, was surprised that we had to pay, though with discount. Normally hotel guests should be allowed with no fees, but it was clear from the reservation and no complain on the decision of the hotel.

Nice and comfortable appartment on great location-close to the center, but still in a quiet surrounding aside od biggest crowd.

Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable and lighting was good. Checking in to get the key was very easy and accommodating, even though our bus arrived very late at night. We also never ran out of hot water. This is a hotel complex so even as a separate booking, we got to enjoy the amenities the hotel offered. But during the ice and snow season, the separation of facilities kind of made the walks a bit uncomfortable. Food was just okay - nothing offensive. Location was great - just a few minutes walk from downtown and stores. For groceries, it's only a short walk away but it is still probably better to have a car to drive to and from the stores. Parking was readily available during this season although parking downtown posed some trouble sometimes.
