The apartment is nice and clean. I really like that at the balcony you can enjoy your meal and see the city. It was easy to enter the apartment, you simply recieve the passcode and use it, so you can chek-in without any problems. Also i like to draw and really appreciate that here is a desk and good light. There is a good washing machine, and kitchen is fully equiped with any kind of dishes, pan, coffee pot etc. Also it was pleasant to find that there is a tea and some spyces for cooking. Note! the apartment is on 12th floor, maybe people with fear of high or elevators should consider it. I am happy with our stay in the apartment!
It was a great location to the dentist we were visiting and at the same time we were continuing to work, inbetween visits to the dentist. The owner Joseph ensured that there was a computer screen for each of us which made a huge difference. There were 2 tables there to use for work in the lounge room and a separate table int he kitchen if we were both on business calls. So was a great work location with a great view from the 12th floor.
Good transport links into Stari Grad and elsewhere. 2 supermarkets nearby and a large shopping centre 15 minute walk away. Bakery nearby 100m left on the main road is superb especially the burek sa sirom (cheese) and the pita
very nice and clean apartment. More than a home in every way. We cooked and ate the food we wanted in the kitchen. You can turn on the air conditioner in the living room and drink your coffee and watch TV. You can watch the city of Belgrade from the balcony of the 12th floor.
The host Joseph sent messages explaining everything about the house in a very simple way. These messages have helped us a lot.

Очень комфортные стильные апартаменты. Хорошо оборудованы - есть всё, что может быть необходимо, в том числе даже для работы. Коммуникабельный и доброжелательный хозяин. Язык общения - английский. Квартира - светлая и чистая. Спальных мест - много и все удобные. Хорошее и чистое постельное бельё. Несмотря на то, что изначально запрашивались наличные, в итоге мы смогли договориться на оплату банковским переводом. Т.к. поездка была деловая, для отчётности был необходим Инвойс. Мы его попросили и получили оперативно. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию на сайте. Расположение квартиры нам показалось удобным - у нас была машина, и мы куда было необходимо - выезжали на ней. Однако - до центра города достаточно далеко - пешком не находишься.
