Komunikacija sa vlasnicom odlicna,lokacija takodje odlicna u blizini setalista,marketa,poste,pekare,apoteke,parking ispred zgrade,kuhinja je opremljena indukcionom plocom,mikrotalasnom I svim potrebnim posudjem.Sam prostor nije mnogo veliki,za par sasvim solidan,terasa je adaptirana u dodatnu spavacu sobu.
