Location, lots of shops and restaurants. Close to the university and the hospital and the park. However, far away from shopping and downtown. Accessable to Subway station.

Even though I was there for leisure, and that seem to be more of a work area, the apartment was amazing. Also located underneath the MRT station plenty of places to eat, and the grocery store.

Great apartment, everything was perfect. I like the view and the feeling to be in a classy place. A little (just little) difficult to find the entrance in this mall, if you arrive late evening, just take first and second escalators from MRT, on the left you will see the sign. Staff is helpful. Area is also great. For people like walking the area is great. Suggest you to walk around some of the office building in the area - many of them are top-notch architecture masterpiece. The symbiosis between buildings and greenery is astonishing.
