Good location. Air conditioning was so helpful. Coffee/tea in the lobby was very nice. Two bathrooms for 4 people was very good.

The location was close to the MRT and bus stops, close to restaurants and 7/11 for late night cravings and needs. Staff was accomodating and rooms were perfect for a family of 5. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus!

The location of the hotel is right in the centre of Singapore and a 4 minute walk to the Havelock MRT. The bedrooms were good and the beds really comfortable. We didn’t have a view from the room but we were hardly in our room as we were out exploring most of the time. The 11th floor pool was a real bonus, as was the fitness centre and the laundry. Staff were professional and helpful.

The room is cleaned, good for the holiday with family. The residence is located in the safe area and good place, not far from the universal studios, the marina by the bay etc.
