As there were three of us, the two bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed us and our adult son to have our privacy. We had plenty of space in the living room to spread out. The kitchen and laundry facilities allowed us to function easily (i.e regular washing of clothes due to hot humid weather). Air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as in the living space. A gym and pool available. On a fairly quiet street, but still many shops/restaurants close by. Close to the Singapore River (Clarke Quay, Robertson Quay) with eateries, shopping centres, river sidewalks. All this at a reasonable price.

The room was big and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice apartments close to Clark Quay and Riverside Point within walking distance. Helpful personnel. Clean rooms and a quiet, well-equipped kitchen (I didn't cook), both with air conditioning. The food market (in UE Square) and 7-Eleven are conveniently located nearby, as are several affordable Chinese/Indian restaurants on River Valley Road, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (similar to those found in the Maxwell Food Center in Chinatown). More expensive food options are also available around. Although you can find the signs of use in the apartment, it offers good comfort at a reasonable price for everyone. And very comfy mattresses for sleeping. A desk for working and other things you will need in your daily life. Fully recommended.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the MRT, and all the restaurants at Clark Quay. If you are a little more brave shopping on Orchard is not too far a walk. Staff were so friendly, apartment was perfect, the washing machine was a real boost! Coffee shop across the road was perfect for my early morning coffee!

Very close to the downtown and Singapore river. Walking distance to Fort Canning Park, MRT and Clark Qauy. A lot of good bars and restaurants to choose from. Fully furnished apartment room, clean, spacious, well maintained. Room service every second day. Staff all friendly, professional and approachable.
