We spent 6 nights here for family travel, and everything was excellent. Location was perfect, walking distance to Orchard, Clarke Quay and Great World City. Nearby also have fairprice supermarket and lots of nice restaurants to eat. As for the room, even though being small, but it is well equipped and suprisingly comfortable. Each unit also have a washing machine, very helpful for longstay trip.
The toilet was clean and complete.
The washing machine worked very well and also had a dryer function.
The mattress was comfortable.
Both the TV and air conditioner functioned properly.
easy to find, affordable and very accommodating staff.
The staff were good, especially Saravanan, he was always available and responded to all queries. The cleaning was only once in 3 days. Though they changed bath towels daily.
Location, security, accessibility
It was clean and complete. The place was perfect for what I had in mind. We made full use of the amenities. The neighborhood is walking distance to a park so we were able to mingle with locals and feel Singapore.
