Owned and managed by YWCA of Singapore, the YWCA Fort Canning is located beside Fort Canning Park, 8.2 ft from Plaza Singapura. It features a swimming pool and air-conditioned rooms with a cable TV. Guests enjoy free parking. The Lodge is a 5-minute walk from the National Museum and 500 ft from Dhoby Ghaut MRT (subway) Station. Changi International Airport is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Most rooms offer views of the city, pool or park, and include a mini-fridge and tea/coffee maker. Hot shower facilities and toiletries are provided in the private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a walk in the park across from the lodge. Luggage storage facility is provided at the 24-hour front desk. The Coffee House serves a variety of local and Western dishes. The room was very comfortable. It was a good size (I was there for almost 2 weeks, so having a little extra space was nice). The location was very good. Plaza Singapura mall is about a 5 min walk away with great stores, restaurants, movie theater, etc. It is also a 5 min walk to the MRT station where you can access three different lines.

Good location, close to MRT and bus stations. There is an iron room at basement. Very kind staff. Good value for money. Very quiet at night, good for rest.
