the hotel has a rule about only to cleaning every 3 days. Day 4 I had to insist that we want cleaning. Had to empty bucket with toilet paper myself, which was full after 4 days.
Was met by reception staff who did not understand the problems we brought.
the reception staff were not particularly cooperative. when we pointed out the lack of cleaning, we were told that we ourselves should have said in the morning (day 3) that we should have cleaning. So not their fault and nothing could be done now. The next day I had to go down again and ask for cleaning, we were not on the list again.
At check out, and payment of bills from the bar, they had added tax on top of the bill again (was already on the bar bills). we spent half an hour discussing this.
