Irena was lovely and very helpful. She knows the area and all that it has to offer. Had we known how wonderful it would be, we would have honestly spent a lot more time there. Much to do and the Villa is stunning in every way. My husband and I can't say enough positive things about our experience there. Love it all!

Villa Irena is excellent accommodation in the medieval hilltop town of Vipavski Kriz. The recently renovated traditional home in the heart of the village was spacious, well equipped, meticulously clean with a very comfortable bed. The owner, Irena, is to be congratulated as she is a superb host. She not only cares about her guests & the quality of their stay but also provides information on a variety of activities and attractions in the Vipava Valley. The breakfast Irena provides at an additional cost is delicious and plentiful. We didn't need lunch! We highly recommend staying at Villa Irena!!

She was unparalleled in her hospitality, always available at the drop of a hat. Irena provided us with outstanding recommendations for restaurants and activities, enhancing our experience in Vip avski Kris immensely. Her dedication and exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. We cannot recommend Villa Irena highly enough. It is a perfect retreat with outstanding amenities and an extraordinary hostess. We will definitely be returning!
