This property is extremely clean, everything we needed was in the room including mini-fridge and air conditioning, beautiful view from our balcony, excellent location walking distance to restaurants and beginning of the Kobarid Historical trail. We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, firstly the owners helped me by booking a taxi from the airport but when the taxi cancelled the day before they came themselves to pick me up, going above and beyond anything I would have expected. The location is ideal, the town stunning and the room itself was very well thought out and spotlessly clean. As a bonus I was able to see fireflies from the balcony at night, such an amazing place.

Perfect location, so very easy to get to the main sights, incredible room, absolutely gorgeous building and surroundings, staff were great. Owner was so very kind, I had mentioned in emails with her before I made reservation that the rooms were so pretty but I especially loved the purple room, I am crazy about purple. Well guess which room we were given, yes!! It was heavenly to watch the walls all turn rose color as the sun rose through the magenta curtains! So enchanting. Everything superb, including the breakfast, wish I could give the experience there 6 stars!
