Amazing location the felt extremely homey, everyone who worked there was exceptionally nice as well and super accomodating. Even let us keep our bigger bags there after we checked out when we went on a 5 day backpack trip.

Villa Alice is located off the main street in Bled, easily accessed from the main Bled bus station. There are markets and restaurants nearby. We walked all the way around Lake Bled, and took the free shuttle up to Vintgar Gorge from the bus station. We arrived in Bled early, and asked Vila Alice if we could drop off our bags before we visited Vintgar Gorge. Vila Alice helpful staff allowed us to check in early! The staff speaks excellent English and is friendly and helpful. One couple in our traveling party ended up in the huge suite on the second floor.

The amenities were amazing! We really enjoyed the hot tub, garden, and sauna. Our room was very nice with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. We opted for the breakfast baskets and they were amazing!

One of our most favorite accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in the fire room and it was roomy, well equipped, and tastefully furnished. Even down to the toiletries (L’Occitane), everything was top notch. It is within a quiet part of Bled, 5 minutes walking to the lake and the busier part. The best part was Alice, who greeted all the guests warmly every morning and made us delicious coffee! We added the breakfast onto our booking, which was exceptional. All from local farms, the food was fresh and it’s something that everyone should do in order to start your day off right in Lake Bled. We could not be happier with our stay, and will book this place again should we return to Bled. Thank you for everything Alice!

Cute property. Big rooms. Onsite parking. Short walk down path to lake. Nice place to stay on lake. Included breakfast of yogurt, bread, jam and butter.
