This lovely, comfortable apartment looks exactly as shown on the website. The apartment is located a short drive (not recommended) or a long walk (~30 mins) from town. Hey, we're from NYC so that's not a problem. There is a designated off-street parking spot for your vehicle. A convenient bus stop is a 2 minutes walk from the apartment for trips into town. Although the apartment faces a major thoroughfare, the bed room is in the back of the apartment assuring a good night's rest. The living room is quite comfortable. The bathroom is good size with a great shower. The kitchen is well equipped for preparation of breakfast, although there are a number of good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Last but not least, the owner was readily reachable by text to answer any and all questions.
The location was great for our purposes. The dedicated parking space was greatly appreciated. It made a great base for our time in Oxford.
Very good well-appointed apartment on first floor of building (13 stairs) at 264 Woodstock Rd. The road can be quite busy and noisy but as the bedroom is located at the rear of the building it is not a nuisance. There was no problem with the code-access to either the onsite parking or the apartment. Easy walking to an active shopping locale (3 supermarkets) eating places etc. The "Park & Ride" bus stop is very close outside.
Very nice flat, well equipped, comfortable and great location. Parking for car was a bonus.
