The caravan was clean and had everything you would need for a cosy stay in Cornwall.

The van site had all the facilities needed and great kids entertainment that you can access without buying passes.

The owner Adam was easy to get hold of and very helpful and friendly.

The location was very nice, enough faciliteiten on the camping spot to do. Nice walk to the beach also. The caravan was clean and every thing by hand, cooking, fridge and so on.

The owner of the caravan had lots of good spots for us to see or to go for some dinner, very helpfull.

The host Adam was lovely, we had an issue getting the oven on and he drove to the caravan to sort it out

The caravan was extremely clean on arrival. Cleaning products and general items like cutlery/hoover were provided. Adam was a fantastic host giving us helpful information of things to do in the area.

The property was very clean and ready well in advance. We received a call the night before to let us know the room was available from 11am instead of the usual check in time of 4pm so we left home early in the morning and enjoyed the whole day in Newquay!
