The bed is exceptionally comfortable.
We loved hearing the gulls in the morning.
Great location.
The upstairs flat is perfect for a person travelling on their own: it is compact but wonderfully furnished, plenty enough for one but doesn't feel cramped or small. Kitchen is well equipped, bedroom is lovely. The flat is lovely and light and does not feel claustrophobic. It is located right in the centre of Southwold, above a shop but there's no disturbances from this, and with the flat at the back of the building, there's no street noise either.
The roof terrace was a great advantage. The weather was fine so I could use it for a good while - though the seagulls did make their presence felt!
Compact but comfortable accommodation in a perfect location and the host was excellent
Location was perfect it was close to shops, pubs, restaurants, beach, Pier, amusements, Crazy Golf and beautiful walks.
