Excellent standard of service from staff across the board - reception, bar, security, and cleaning. Made it easy for us to order food to the hotel past serving hours, including room delivery which was superb. Kareem, one of the security guards, helped us with our luggage to our rooms. We look forward to staying here again. Exceeded expectations.

The photo that shows a big hotel is a bit deceiving as the picture is behind it. So what I was looking for was nothing like it looked outside. But apart from that it was a good stop over hotel. Great restaurants next door. We went to the indian and was best Indian food ive ever had.

We encountered an issue with the lifts on arrival, but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, which was a great start to our day. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, though it would have been nice to have a few extra tea sachets and some biscuits provided as a thoughtful touch. We added breakfast to our stay on the day, and there was plenty to choose from. However, I felt the buffet could have been a bit hotter. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, with beautiful surroundings in a great location. I couldn’t fault the staff for their attentive care and attention to detail. We had a great nights sleep and it was a very quiet hotel.

General design of the hotel very original. And specially the breakfast space. The attention of the hotel staff was very good and friendly. The surrounding areas are very lively and full of services.
