The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had great disabled access. The location was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The owner of the property made us feel very welcome and couldn't be more obliging.
Great location for our evening out, just a ten minute walk. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
Have been visiting friends in Yarm for many years and have stayed in a variety of lodging types. This is the best out of all of the places we have ever stayed. It is impeccably clean, modern, very well appointed and the staff could not be nicer. It is located in a quiet setting and is incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend this property if you are staying anywhere in the area.
William introduced me to the hotel, was efficient and friedly. Room was impressive. EXTREMELY CLEAN++, well done whoever cleaned the room. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing to fault.
The room had everything that we needed thank you.
