Close to Southern Cross Station.
Drumming sound from Air Conditioner.
Position.
Breakfast is more a basic buffet. Eg no bacon etc, although still quite good.
Close to Marvel stadium and some factory outlet shops. Close to the Train/Bus also.
When arrived on 6th floor, there was some odour in the hall way as well as in the room. It was OK after staying in room with aircon on for a few hours. So hope this can be addressed to give better experience to your customers.
