We were surprised when we walked in, it was so much nicer than the photos! (I would update them, especially in the living area as they don’t do it justice!) Very spacious, nice interior and just overall a lovely little apartment!
It’s position was excellent with both railway stations only 10 mins walk away and you could reach centre of town in a 15 min stroll. There was also a nice stroll down footpaths to the river and quay. The fact there is parking at the back of the property was also a great bonus, given that finding a parking space in the road was almost impossible.
Location was excellent, easy short walks to railway station, city centre, restaurants etc. Free parking on site was an added bonus.

A spacious ground floor apartment. Well appointed. Comfortable bed. Excellent location. Easy walk to local shops, town centre of Exeter, Cathedral and Exeter Central Train Station. Exeter St David's Train Station is also easy to get to. Free parking at rear. Very close to laundrette.
