The host was very responsive to questions. The flat was nicely situated - extremely convenient to the Collington Railway Station. In addition to it's great location it was bright, spacious and very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with glasses, plates, pots & pans, cutlery, and appliances.
very clear instructions for arrival. Pictures and easy steps. , even where to park. Spotlessly clean. Spacious. better than pictures.

Lovely flat, clean and airy. Comfy beds and the Milland tea etc was a nice touch.
Great location, good facilities. Just in need of a thorough clean in some places. Bedroom curtains need repair or replacing. Some black mould spots in the shower. Nothing serious but something like HG mould spray would sort it out very easily. A bit of de-cobwebbing and dusting needed and then it would be 10 out of 10. We would stay again, it's so handy for the station and town.
