Very comfortable bed, spacious terrace, and soundproof walls--I had a heavy snorer in the next room whom I could only hear very faintly. The location is steps away from shops and restaurants, and it was easy to walk to Queen Adelaide's Hill. The staff messaged me directly and sent photos for clear communication.

Brittany is a lovely hostess. Bonny Brae was redecorated in February 2024 and it feels very fresh and clean. It's a great location less than 5 minutes walk from the Train/Bus station, moments from the shops including a Co-op convenience store just yards away.

The rooms were really well decorated and really clean, loved Peter Rabbit on the bed.

Clean and quiet. Good selection of tea and biscuits.

Very good location, around 8 minutes walking from train station 20 min walking to the lake , surrounds by many restaurants and groceries they have good costumer service, we had a problem with the door handle and they had fixed quickly there’s a coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with welcoming water, portable AC and heating system the space is acceptable
