Fantastic well equipped modern apartment. A corner apartment with double aspect. Modern bathroom. Hosts were really helpful. Gym was quiet and well equipped. The location is to the rear of the Solihull Travelodge, not as shown on the Booking.com map, but this is actually a better location, close to Solihull train station. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful! This quaint little apartment has everything you need. Everything was spic and span on arrival. Getting the keys was no hassle either. Temperature was good throughout and you can adjust if need be with the easy to use NEST device. There is a train line nearby that will be disturbing to some but I find such things calming! I had no issues at all during my 3 week stay and will return if I am ever in need of lodging in the area.

It was pretty easy to get to and the directions the host gave was very easy.

I booked the apartment for my father and step mum as they were visiting from Cornwall. The apartment is absolutely fantastic. Clean, modern, safe, big, onsite parking and the host couldn't be more helpful. We will be booking again the next time they are visiting.
