The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Just a short drive some to downtown Broughty Ferry. There are several units in the house but you'd never know it. It's was a great place to set up base as it's just a short to drive (~1hr) to both Edinburgh and Aberdeen with Dundee just a few minutes down the road... it's also a good starting points farther north.

Location was good just outside the town centre, the room, bathroom and kitchen were immaculate and the bottle of wine left is a nice touch.
