location was superb, and accommodation was spacious, comfortable and had absolutely everything you could have needed. I would 100 % book again.
Location, in the middle of Soho, walking distance from everything. Size and view from the room. Easy and convenient check in. It is excellent for people with kids as it has a kitchenette with mini fridge, dishwasher etc

We were not sent the exact location before hand or the door code. The Frankie says phone number was answered immediately and the email re-sent so we could then quickly find the apartment and get in.
The property was just like the photos and description. It was really lovely. Suited our needs perfectly. Perfect size for my husband, our 13 yr old and myself.
