I love the location. Handy for west end and theatres but not much traffic and many top restaurants within a few minutes (or seconds!)
The decor, the coziness, the location, the general feel of wellbeing and warmth and professionalism .
Charlotte St is such a stylish Hotel. It has welcoming and helpful staff, a great location and beautiful rooms. Both the in room dining and restaurant food was fabulous. Staff made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveller.
Generally reception and lobby staff were amazing, rooms great, been a favorite for many years.
The design of the hotel. The oversized beds. The guest lounge and the honesty Bar.
