The apartment was amazing and everything that we needed so comfortable and homely. Austin and Gloria are very friendly and courteous. Not too far away from the city center. It was ideal and very spacious. Great value too!!
The apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, and we had to wait to get in. Then, had to wait for it to be cleaned, and sheets changed. However, Austin was extremely apologetic and gave us a late check out to make up for it. I got the feeling this is not the norm for them and probably a one-off. The apartment is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and has everything you need. We were happy overall and would stay here again.
The property was located perfectly for where I had planned to go, in Manchester.
The property is in a quiet area, with some poorer quality terraced houses.
Having spoken to two park patrolling officers, I did feel a lot better, however, if I hadn't known about them, I would probably been fined. I didn't see any warning signs in the area, notifying visitors of this rule.
I've stayed here a few times and it's always been fine. What attracts me to this place is there is everything you need for a short stay and there is a homely feel to the place that is welcoming after a busy day. There's ample space for one person and I'd say up to 3 or 4 stay here without many issues. The beds are comfortable too. There are all the facilities you could need for a short stay and the washer/dryer is pretty cool - it makes a song and dance with every cycle! It's ideal if you're staying over for the COOP Arena and you probably won't find many properties nearby that offer the same as this one. It's also great if you're over for the Etihad Arena or just visiting Manchester in general as it's well connected to the city center and beyond.
