Nice location. Next to tube station and 15 mins to the Airport
Receptionist and cleaners are quite friendly.

This is not our first stay with Civic Hotel. Thank you so much to the whole t am, and this time thank you VERY much for making our check in early after a very tough and long flight! We were almost dead and had the best sleep in the world, again! Great location to the airport and MUCH BETTER and hospitable than some big name hotels we already tried.
Fabulous value for London. Great location 2 minutes walk from the tube and straight to Piccadilly Circus in under a hour. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Tea and coffee making in the room. Good sized room and twin beds with room between. Very well appointed shower room, modern and clean. Good number of clean towels. Big wardrobe. desk and chair with plenty of sockets to plug in. Strong free WiFi. Openable windows. Manned reception. Key cards for the room and a code for late entry to the hotel.
The location is good and can be quickly reached from Heathrow airport via Picadelly tube line. Also via the same line one has a good connection to the central London. The staff was nice and helpful and the beds were quite good. The Wifi was quite good as well.
