Breakfast brilliant more than enough location ideal everything near shops entertainment and bus stops very friendly hosts rooms spotless and roomy

Our hosts made us feel at home. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean and had nice decor. The bathroom had a spacious shower with soap and shampoo dispensers. The breakfasts were tasty and filling and again the dining room was spotless. Coffee and Tea were topped up every day and this was a standout as everywhere I have been before you get it only on your arrival day. As for its location, you could not ask for better close to it all but still quiet at night.

Alan and Leslie that own clarence house were very friendly and were always around for there guests day or night Leslie did an amazing job with the breakfasts and were very tasty and all well cooked with quality ingredients Alan was front of house in the mornings with pots of tea and chatting with all the guests making sure we had everything we needed rooms were well stocked for tea and coffee making facilities aswell and bedrooms were spacious with very comfy beds and plenty of room in the showers would definatley recommend this bed and breakfast house to anyone as was great value for money and will be booking with them again when visiting skegness

Everything, homely, clean, welcoming. Allan and Lesley, both friendly and easy going. Lovely breakfast. Rooms and bed are comfortable and spacious.
