We stayed for 1 night while going to see pink at Anfield. The pub is 25ish mins walk.The room was big and beds comfortable. Price was good. The owner was lovely and her dad. All the locals were kind and spoke to us too. Telling us how good the concert will be and wishing us a good time as we left to walk to the stadium. All round good place to stay for a night. Felt like a home from home.

We stayed at Clifton Arms just for 1 night - it's about 20 mins walk from Anfield. Excellent location if you want to watch football at LFC ground earlier:)

Great location, bus ride or a cheap Uber to Liverpool city centre and walking distance to Anfield stadium. Great value for money for what we paid for each person. The kitchen had everything that you needed for your stay to just help yourself. Both the host and the staff are very friendly, attentive and down to earth. Definitely will make The arms a regular match day weekend stay.

Staff were really helpful and the locals were nice - great walking distance to Anfield and bus short walk away to get to the center of Liverpool
