Member of staff helped carry our suitcases from the car to the apartment.

Clean and tidy. Lovely kitchen living room and bathroom.

The accommodation was really nice and clean. Fabulous kitchen and great bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and facilities there.

I have never stayed somewhere and not come home thinking they could have had that, or this, or it needed that. But I could not fault this place one bit, they have definitely thought of every single thing that you would need whilst away from home. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The grounds outside are also kept so neat and tidy. The staff were so helpful and pleasant, and the facilities they had for guests were great. Well done Cromer country club a definite 10 from me.

Nice and quiet, not overlooked, not too far to walk with suitcases. Staff very helpful when we couldn't work out how to operate the coffee machine in the villa. Also, we had a prompt call from reception after checking out to say we had forgotten our coolbox. Thanks for that - it saved us a possibly awkward retrieval by catching us before we had left Cromer.
