Our room was clean and well appointed with lots of storage options. The bed was big and comfortable . The bathroom was also really clean had storage in the cupboard under the sink. Our host and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with options to suit everybody.
Rooms and common areas were immaculately clean, Duncan was super helpful, giving us tips for restaurants and places of interest every day. Delicious breakfast.
I had a wonderful stay at Dunedin Guest House! The location was perfect, the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

Hosts were great. Breakfast was very good, room we were given had a brand new bathroom, which was very nice. Location is excellent, nice neighborhood and quick walk to center of Penzance.
