Staff was really friendly and helpful
Very nice hotel
Close to the city centre, and free parking. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Good to see a fridge and microwave in the room, which we didn't need to use on this occasion but absolutely would in the future. Loved the quirky decor and the photos in the breakfast room were a talking point.
Really kind, knowledgeable staff. Gave us a little map of the tourist highlights in Gloucester (hotel is just a short stroll from the docks, etc.) and pointers on how to get to the Cheese Roll the next day. Nice breakfast in the morning.
Breakfast was great as was the whole experience, it was the staff that made it as literally nothing was too much trouble
