nice and quiet place next to Warwick University
nice small kitchen with anything you might need (microwave, kettle, small table)
Great location. Free on site parking. Very friendly host. Nice breakfast included. Comfy double bed. Had everything we needed. Easy to find (it was daylight).
Breakfast was lovely and unexpected as I hadn't realised it included this when I booked. Garden was great for the kids.
