Everything! Wow, what an experience. The food, environment, rooms, and spa were incredible. I loved experiencing all of the different spa amenities- the steam room, hot tubs, cool room, and sea salt spa were all amazing. I felt so relaxed and refreshed, and wished I could have more time! We had dinner at Gilly's and breakfast in the Conservatory, and staff were incredibly mindful and accommodating of any dietary modifications. The food and drinks were all delicious. I cannot wait to return to this place.
Shepherds hut was so comfortable and had everything one might need for an evening away .

Spa was great! Cottages were fantastic and the quality of the surroundings was excellent. The hotel is set on a beautiful estate.
