Lovely neighborhood Friendly staff Good restaurant and bar

Lovely large room, very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, shower easy to work Love the quirkiness of these old buildings with steps up and down, turning left and right to find our room, floors not level, but this is to be expected in this age of building. Good carpets throughout welcoming building from the outside, plenty of spaces for parking our car with easy access to reception. Perfect for sitting outside with a drink in the sunshine. Hotel in superb position for walking round Knowle.

Room was clean and pleasant. Welcome note was a good touch. Breakfast was delightful and the waitress was charming. Receptionist on arrival was very pleasant and passed on all necessary information.

Booked a fully accessible room with bathroom. Had an exceptional vegetarian dinner and a wonderful breakfast. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
